How can seller pay for item after buyer refunds it
Seller asked for a refund when item was several days late due to getting hung up at a USPS facility. I thought it lost. I gave her a refund but, the item arrived several days later. I did ask her to have post office return to me due to their error. She messaged me and said she would like to keep item and pay me. But, eBay considers the case closed and I cannot seem to find an actual live customer support to address this with?
What are my options?

If your buyer wishes to pay for the item give her a call to give her your paypal email address to send the funds. Or as k for hers to send Paypal invoice. Since ebay will not allow emails to be sent through messaging system.
