Hi i hope someone can help me here!!!
My order has been cancelled from the seller!!!Ebay sent me email that the order is cancelled and they will refund the amount 3-5 business days!!!
Today is the 7th business day and still nothing!!!I contacted the seller he said we refund after the cancellation,so contact the eBay!!!
So what can I do!!!

Step #1 is done by eBay, and they execute the refund to your original payment method.
Step #2 is done by your credit card or debit card (or whatever original payment method you used), and this is where they post the refund to your account. Most payment processors are fast, but some can take up to 30 days to post the refund.
eBay is done with their step, and can't help you further. But, you can contact your payment processor and check on the status.
