help for sellers
Hello!
Could someone please explain to me just how to get through to an agent when you are told to call them and they just wont call you back? It is extremely frustrating to get the runaround constantly. Any help would be appreciated.

·7 months agoMost often if you request a call back and it doesn't come through, it's your phone settings screening out unknown callers, or if you have a VoIP or another phone that uses a non-standard method of connecting. If you can let us know what type of phone you're using we can help you with that.
Or, I'd recommend you ask your question here! Many times, the volunteers on this board can provide better assistance if it doesn't require direct access to your account!
