Have not received refund to debit card
I made a return about a month ago and was waiting for the funds to hit my account, but a month later I still have not received them. I checked the status of the refund and it says it was successfully refunded to my debit card, but the funds are not there. I’ve tried every way to contact someone from ebay but the virtual assistant just keeps telling me the return is closed. I don’t know how to access this money as it seems trapped in limbo. Any ideas?

·3 years agoIt looks like your refund is going to your Visa card. Call them to find out how they handle refunds.
