Proceed exactly as @soh.maryl has stated. Ebay hasn't had a direct call number since covid, and their 'customer service' gets more automated all the time.

·8 months agoFortunately, per eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers, there's no need or reason to speak with an agent when the buyer receives an item that's not as described.
Go to your My eBay> Purchase History and locate this transaction.
Click on "want to return". Click on "not as described". You have 30 days after delivery to do this.
This opens an item not as described case with eBay. Give your seller 3 days to respond with a prepaid return label. No label, or no response?
Then return to the case and request that eBay step in. You will be refunded from the seller's funds.
PS: Hopefully, you won't have any more unpleasant experiences with eBay; however, please take the time to get acquainted with the MBG so that you'll be equipped with the knowledge to handle such problems in the future.
