Handling Returns as a seller when its least warranted
I recently sold a P J set Life is Good and I listed for a fair price. Halloween item. The Pajama set was bid up to $46.00 and now the buyer has just received it and started a return and the reason for returning is the size. The xl is too small for her. I know. Its completely buyer remorse. I included all measurements and Ebay has taken care of everything for me including charging me for the shipping and so forth. Is it just me or does anyone else have a problem accepting returns on here especcially because I did nothing wrong here.

·1 year agoYou have "free returns". That means returns for any reason. Could return because it is raining today.

·1 year agoThat is basically the problem with selling clothing on eBay. Because if they buy it from the manufacturer or from Amazon, they can return it with no problem.
