Go to your Purchase History. Look for "Return this item". Click on that and choose the reason for the return. You should get a return shipping label unless it's an International seller. If you need help go back to the case after 3 days and ask eBay to step in.
You are not contacting the seller of eBay on the community forms, we are other buyers and sellers that help. How long have you had the grinder, is it less then 30 days between estimated delivery date shown in the listing and now?

OP3 years agohello i have been with the seller the grinder is no good she or he agreeed to send me 100.00 on july 28 cause they did not have any money
so i am losing 48.00 shipping for nothing.....that may stop me from buying on e-bay

You need to open an item not as described case immediately.
Please follow the directions given you by several people here.
When you open the case, you should receive either a prepaid shipping label or the funds to pay for shipping.
There is no reason in the world to accept less money than you paid in this situation.
