Granted a refund but now the item is delivered
Hello,
At the beginning of July I won an auction for an item. The seller no longer after printed the label but never had shipping information. I contacted the seller several times over the course of 2-3 weeks and finally requested a refund through ebay and was granted a full refund. But now over a month later the seller shipped the item and it has been delivered. What should I do? Will the seller still be paid through ebay?

·1 week agoThat’s a pretty unusual situation. I can understand why you’d be unsure about what to do after receiving the item so long after the refund. I’d probably keep the refund confirmation and the original messages with the seller just in case there’s any confusion later. It would be interesting to know whether eBay automatically updates anything on the order once the delivery is recorded.

·1 week agoThe seller, if he shipped on time and bought shipping through Ebay will be compensated by Ebay.
You owe the seller nothing.
