Got rejected refund and now seller has my money and parcel...
This is more of a vent post as past weeks was uttery dog**bleep** and now ebay put salt on the wounds. Basically garbage dhl didnt add my phone number to parcel or whatever idk anymore who is at fault even here at this point. So dhl didnt had my number and its a must to get collection pin code otherwhite u can gtfo not even id works. So items was returned ton
seller, they got it safe, i opened claim tonget refund, and ebay decided inwont get it, so nownseller get to keep my fund and iteam just great, money backnguarantee my ass...

·6 months ago@killer0proOnce an item is delivered, the seller is not responsible after that. It is on the buyer to make sure they can get their package. I don't know anything about DHL because I've only used them a couple of times and that was a decade or more ago. Since it was delivered and you did not pick it up, it got sent back to the seller. The seller does not have to refund you in this case, which is why eBay denied your refund when you reached out to them. The package is basically considered abandoned by you. Have you spoken with anybody at DHL? I do not know who would be responsible for adding your phone number to the package. Maybe someone here who uses DHL can chime in.

OP6 months agoI never even saw or touched the package, it’s been at the pickup point the whole time. Bruh, this is such a scam **bleep**, and now this is somehow my fault… And those jackasses at DHL couldn’t care less. I sent them a huge article-length email with dozens of pics. I hope they actually react or something now.
