I was a Concierge customer service member for years but I just discovered today I've been dropped. (Death in the family in the last year and I went part-time with my sales... volume down 70-80%). ANYWAY, a buyer from 7-8 months ago ago has contacted me outside of the 90 day period to say there is a problem with something she bought. I've decided (for good karma) that I want to send her a new one, but I no longer have her address and (now that I'm not a Cncierge member who can easily talk to a US-based rep) I'm reluctant to ask for it in messages because I hate getting scolded/dinged for violating policies in messages. After 23 years on eBay and being a Concierge member for 6-8 years (?) I'm definitely feeling out in the cold. It's not fun, but I guess that's what I get for going part-time for nearly a year.
