Geting refund for a item that got sent back to the seller.
I tried everything from the help menu but its useless. I need help realy badly i paid a fortune for my pocket, i dont know where to start either as a first time. Thank you

·1 month agoNot enough info. Did you send it back? Why? Did you open an item not as described case? Have you read eBay's Mone Back Guarantee?

·1 month agoSo why and how was it sent back? If the address was wrong, you may get a refund after the seller receives it, but they are not required to. If you refused it, they are not required to refund. If you opened a case, by the 4th day after delivery you can go to the case and ask ebay to step in.
