Get help to resolve the return case.
A return case is open for a parcel sent by me. Realizing it was my fault, I plan to pay the full amount. I also sent the return address of the parcel, but he/she still didn't reply to it (it's been 4 days now). I want to know from you what should I do next. Please help me.
