Full refund sent but shipping cost balance on buyer
No return policy but i accepted as the buyer reported size error immediately after receiving the item, buyer agreed that ill refund excluding shipping cost but eBay refund steps didn't let me deduct the amount hence full refund sent, how do i send invoice the buyer for shipping cost.

Buyer filed an INAD, they get a full refund.

·2 years agoYou cannot send a Invoice. If you are within two weeks of being paid for item you can exchange emails and they can PayPal you the payment. They could send you a check. If you look at the Order Details you should have their phone number so you could call and work out the payment.
