frustrated buyer
ordered 6 tires. they never shipped out . made a request for refund. only got refunded for 4 tires. now seller says i have to open new case for the other 2 tires. not sure how to do that because all six tires were on one invoice. how do i open another case

·3 years agoFile an "Item not described" return claim on Ebay. He will have to send you a return label. Return what he sent you< (4 tires). You will receive a full refund upon returning them back.

·3 years ago@randallmorefield The OP never got any of the 6 tires so they can't return any tires... they were already refunded for 4 out of the 6. They are being told to open another case to be refunded for the other 2 tires but the OP is saying all 6 were on the same invoice which means they should have been refunded for all 6 at the same time.
@poolguy99 Since your case was apparently closed you will have to open the Item not received case with Paypal if you paid that way, or contact your credit card company if you used a credit card.

OP3 years agoExactly. Never received any tires. All 6 were on one invoice. If I close that case according to eBay rules I can't open another one on that invoice. can't figure out how the case was opened up for 4 when I paid for 6 . guess I have to get with PayPal cause eBay is no help

·3 years agoYou can't on eBay. Instead, get the rest of your refund at PayPal or from your card issuer, however you paid. There's no need to talk to seller @poolguy99 again, as that's a wasted effort.
First with PayPal, file a dispute here for Item Not Received, to get the remaining amount of your refund. Or if that fails, or othewise file a Goods Not Received chargeback with your card issuer, for the same amount.
