i buy apple logic board but its not working seller cheating me its completly not working mostly seller sell on ebuy not working products when selle know we are not in USA seller ask return he know we cannot send back to USA if we are outside USA becuase shipping charge is very high its mostly more then product coast so buyer forget this lose so what happened seller get money by sell vast product and not working products, buyer lose full ammount also ebuy not support bayer always support seller only , its habit make money us and uk sellers sell completly damaged product in e bay when buyer complaint symply ask return but its quastion who pay return shipping charge if we outside USA its impossble send back to USA Pay big amount of shipping charge so many seller is froad noe one seller send me already water damaged dead board, i cannot do anythink stay in qatar that seller miss using its not good

·2 years agoDon't they sell 'apple logic boards" in India somewhere? Are there no sellers who would sell them? I would think so. And probably cheaper since it's not being shipped from the USA.
No logic to making purchases overseas for such an item.

forget shipment forwording think if i,m in us i not lost buyer time bayer need wait 10-15 days product go back then need coming refund then need order again from another seller again need wait long to coming product
its good must vast total 2-30 days its good? you mean seller can do anythink , bayer need accept all los yes its absuletly cheating i will complaint in consumer court

But eBay will, as you say, require the return of the disputed product, if the seller demands it, before refunding.
If the seller does not demand the return, eBay will see that you are refunded.
You are also covered by the chargeback provisions of the credit card you actually paid with.
The 1-800 number for Customer Service will be on the back of your card or on your monthly invoice.
Most cards allow about six months from purchase for charge backs.
It is often best to post in your own language, and to add a translation perhaps from Google Translate, to make sure you are being understood.

No, they can't file a not as described dispute with eBay. The Money Back Guarantee specifically excludes purchases where "The buyer used third-party freight forwarding or mail redirection".

OP2 years agook if ebay give protection for USA Bayer only so why accept registration from outside US millions of doller bussines recieve from customer from outside US but protection only for US customer its descrimination ok
seller always send to bayer non working and scraped products its always allowed by Ebay this we cannot accept like this

·2 years agoI suggest you purchase from listings that use the "eBay International Shipping" (eIS) service to India @jubairiyalk1981 . With eIS eBay handles returns and they typically have buyers return the items to nearby regional location.
As mentioned above, if you use a third party freight forwarder instead of having the seller ship the item directly to you in India, your Money Back Guarantee protections are voided.
Look for eIS listings when shopping.

·2 years agoYou misunderstand. Ebay doesn't deny MBG protection for all international buyers. They exclude protection for international buyers who use third-party freight forwarders. You can look for items that offer EIS, as stated previously, or you can find sellers who will ship directly to India. Both of those will offer MBG protection.,

·2 years agoIf I were regularly running into issues with items not working and I knew I would have a problem if they needed to be returned to America for a refund; I would stop buying from America or using a freight forwarder.
Obviously the seller's items should work if the listing said they do, but after multiple purchases being problematic I'm sure it must cross your mind what will happen if you need to return something and you're using a freight forwarder or whatever voids the MBG... but if you're going to keep doing the same things and expecting a different outcome you're essentially making things harder on yourself by choice.

·2 years agoWhen attempting to repair a failed device, your diagnosis of the cause of the failure may be incorrect.
The seller is forced to take a return on a defective shipment, but should not bear all of the risk when the problem could be the fault of the buyer. If you chose a US destination to receive the item, that is where you have to ship from. Ebay accepts your claim of defective, but the costs to the seller and Ebay should not be limitless.
The same issues you complain about apply to the seller as well.

·2 years agoActually the seller won't be forced to take the return in this case. The Money Back Guarantee ends when the freight forwarder sends the package. So the question of who caused the damage is moot.

This is a risk you need to be aware of if you use a freight forwarding service. You will never be eligible for eBay Money Back Guarantee coverage once the package is forwarded. You may want to contact your credit card issuer to dispute the charge.

OP2 years agowe have 15 year experiance technician he install this parts ok dont think you only know repair computer we also know dont support froad sellers like do always you can check howmany negetive feedback and howmany buyer get same problem so why ebay not block this seller

That's one problem using freight forwarders.
