Fraudulent Refund Requests and Pics Sent Through eBay Messages
Does anyone know if it's possible for a buyer (or seller too actually) to upload pics with malicious software through pics uploaded inside of the eBay messaging portal? We have two "buyers" that we are suspicious that could possibly have done something like that and that eBay is actually trying to protect us. They are both VERY similar situations and the pics uploaded weren't at all supportive of their fraudulent claims.

·2 years agoIf there are two different buyers it's unlikely they would both try to send malware to you even if they knew how.
