Good dayI am a dealer from Germany but I am contacting eBay.com because they are processing the case. Can anyone help and tag an employee? Thank you unfortunately it hit us again, We have a sealed device Sold the same mesh again it doesn't find a network..The buyer sent the return on his own without wanting a receipt from us. That was very strange.. the tracking number he gave is a registered letter, so it's a letter, not even a package.. we called eBay on about May 17th and they did checked it and we were right because we didn't receive a package. on monday we see the decision was changed and the money was refunded to the customer. The tracking number is only delivered in Germany, no name, no postal code, no address. According to DHL, the package was delivered completely in another city and under a different name. eBay team, we have nothing to do with it, it was a foreign sale..! According to the guidelines, returns will only be accepted if it can be clearly proven that it has been delivered back to the seller, why eBay doesn't even adhere to their own guidelines is simply a catastrophe. why doesn't ebay check the seller's return address we haven't received a package the customer still has the device icloud is active and got 1200â‚¬ back please help and tag an employee Does anyone have experience with such a scam?
