I received an incorrect shipment from [removed by moderator] and want to let him know. i cannot find any contact info for this name. anyone know his user name? thanks

·4 months agoShouldn't you just be able to find this transaction in your items purchased history and enter an item not as described case?

Is this an item you purchased? If so, find the transaction in your Purchase History, and start a return for "not as described" there.
If the item is "not as described" you need to start a "not as described" return within thirty days of receiving it. You will have to provide a picture of the item and a couple of sentences of text about the issue.
If the seller does not refund you or provide a return shipping label you should be able to ask eBay to step in after three business days. The process is automated; if the seller does not cooperate at any point, ask eBay to step in after three business days but before twenty-one business days has passed.
