From whom did you get the warranty? THAT is where you must file your claim.
Manufacturers do not usually deal directly with an eBay buyer. I’ve always had to go through the licensed seller when an item has failed during the ‘warranty period’.
If the seller isn’t licensed to sell the product … then you never really had a warranty … despite what the listing may have said.

·7 months agoUnless you bought from a manufactures rep or purchased a warranty, 99% of item on eBay dont have one.
eBays MBG is 30 days.
I guess you could try the manufacture.

A warranty is done through the manufacture, contact them.
Unless the seller was an authorized dealer, the warranty is probably worthless.
