faulty product
The bottle of AQUA DI GIO I received had a faulty admizer, and I asked for an exchange. The seller responded as if I had never received the shipment, and eBay has been no help. So I guess I'm stuck with an Aleaky bottle men's perfume because ebay doesn't have the respect for their customers to employ humans in their customer care process

Go to the order and click the 3 dots.
In the dropdown, click to "return this item" choosing a "not as described" reason.
The seller will have 3 days to either issue a refund without a return or to accept the return and provide a return shipping label, after which you return and once delivery is confirmed, the seller will have to issue a full refund.
