fake seller address scam
I recently bought an item from eBay that looks genuine at first, after some research I realized that the product is fake so I opened a return. the seller accepted immediately the return but the return address was an obvious fake. I tried to reach the support but I ended up circling around the website like a dog trying to reach his tail.
I tried to take an action and let eBay step in and help but my action to actually send it is required for that.
if you have any advice on what I can do about it I would appreciate.

If you received a shipping label, use it and if the address is bad, the package will be returned to you and you'll get a refund.
If you just received an address, after the case been open 4 days, return to the case and see if you can ask Ebay to step in.

I thought that would be the solution, but I wasn't sure. It's possible the seller is in China which could be why the OP feels the address is fake.
