Fake product, scammer keeps selling with high score on ebay
I received a fake product, and found out only after return period. I spoke with the seller, but apparently it is a scam, he dosnt awnser anymore.
Seller keeps selling with high score on ebay... How to appeal? How to signal that the seller is a scammer?

·3 years agoOpen an item NOT described case with paypal if that is how you paid. Get ready to ship back the fake item to the seller. Follow the prompts. DO NOT CLOSE the case.
If you did not use paypal, did you use a credit card? If yes, call the credit card number on the back of the card and explain your situation. You want to do a chargeback. Do NOT open 2 cases. If you do, the first case will automatically close. Hopefully you did you paypal.
DO NOT CLOSE THE CASE AT THE REQUEST OF THE SELLER. DO NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING BUT AN IMMEDIATE REFUND.

·3 years agoSince you are past the 30 days, nothing can be accomplished on eBay.
If you paid thru PayPal, file a case with them. If you used a credit card, file a chargeback.
I would not waste time trying to expose the seller other than reporting them to eBay.
