fake jellycat, ebay says it hasnt arrived eyt

I need help with how to get my money back on a Smudge Monkey Jellycat I bought. I know it is fake it has no dust bag and the tag does not have the item name on it. Its also a medium which means there should be beans in it, there are not. How do i return it for being not real when ebay says it has not shipped yet but i have it.

Once received to return an item you need to file an "item not described" case through "more Action return this item. Then print out a label and return it. Now if it hasn't been shipped yet you can message the seller to cancel the transaction. If they decline then you must wait 1 day after the estimated delivery date and file an "item not received" case in that particular situation.
