Experience I had
Horn did not match description. Confirmed by 3 different repairman at 3 different shops, the horn has major damage including a crack in the bell, as well as multiple pits in the valve cluster. Seller refused to work with me. Do not recommend, especially if you are buying for a student.

·1 year agoeBay allows returns for 30 days from delivery. Items should be inspected when received and a case filed if not as described. If you paid by credit card, some offer up to one year to file a case. Contact your card company.
Stress cracks in formed metal like that can happen over time. Always inspect items as soon as they arrive.

·1 year agoCorrect. Also, you can buy something listed that never even existed to begin with and reach out to said seller multiple times with zero response and have to wait till the date Ebay sets on your claim till they step in and take action. And then the refund date is unknown. I'm dealing with such a situation right now. Tomorrow is when Ebay is supposed to take action. Can't wait till that's over with cuz I'm through with Ebay forever once the smoke clears. In the past I've bought a lot of things that didn't match the item description and was able to work stuff out with the seller no problems but some few last purchases I just lost faith in Ebay completely. Theres some great sellers on here that are fast to communicate and ship that treat this like a business and not do things to spite a person but I'm gonna be serious it only takes a few sour apples here and there to make me lose my appetite with Ebay's policies.

"There are very very few sellers that can be trusted on Ebay."
Even though you are entitled to your own opinion and personal experience there is no truth behind your comment you made.

·1 year agoEbay gives you a 30 day return money back guarantee. File a case of "not as described" and print out the label for a return to get you a refund. The seller is forced by Ebay to work with you.

·1 year agoThere are very very few sellers that can be trusted on Ebay. You gotta have your mind made up that you don't care when it gets delivered regardless of what they claim the date will be (which is...when the feel like shipping it) or if you're in the mood to jump through hoops returning stuff and getting your money back because so many sellers here are just frauds to the core. Just never buy anything expensive cuz you never know.
