What on EARTH has happened to EBAY? We use to be able to get a live person. Now we can't? It appears calling Ebay does nothing and there's no way to get a live agent to call me? I can't get past the automated system. The automated system cannot help this, it's too complicated. The issue is serious. I ACCIDENTALLY closed a return case mistaking it for something else. I am returning a $800 dollar item, and the package got re-routed by USPS all over the country. Things are going all over the place since all the snow/ice. The seller is refusing to communicate with me through this process. I have been perfectly respectful, kind, and courteous. But now, they refuse to respond to any of my messages. I need to talk to a live agent to ensure that there's record of the item successfully getting to her. It's stuck in transit but since I accidentally closed the return case I no longer can track the return. This means she could actually keep the flute and my money.. And yes, there is every indication that she's "that" kind of seller who would do this because of my mistake of closing the return case. How on earth do I get to a live person at Ebay? This is an emergency.
