·2 years agoAre you suggesting that your buyer shouldnt be refunded for a lost package? How is that Ebays fault?

Your carrier of choice did not deliver your shipment. That is on you, the seller and is an automatic loser as a sale.
I suggest not worrying over nickels and dimes and move on to making up the financial strain with your next sale. If you use USPS GA or UPS, your shipment should make it, no problems if you can attach a shipping label effectively.
A tracked service is paramount to success and I am not talking eBay standard envelopes.
Best of success to you on the next transaction. Good luck.

·2 years agoIf you used Ground Advantage or Priority Mail to ship, you have up to $100 insurance. You should learn how to file a USPS claim.
If you shipped by Ebay Standard Envelope, you have up to $20 insurance. Different claims process.
If you shipped by stamped envelope you went the cheap way and your loss was a risk you chose.

If it was, did file an insurance claim?
