It certainly would be stupid IF a seller lied about an item AND you cannot do anything … since you are fully protected by eBay’s Money Back Guarantee.
What is it that makes you feel so helpless? Do you not know how to open a return request for a refund?
There rarely is a need to contact eBay’s Customer Service for help. The return process is completely automated and usually works like a charm … for buyers at least.

If this is about the transaction where you left negative FB for a seller, it sounds like your purchase turned out to not be satisfactory in terms of description vs actual condition. So did you invoke the MBG and open an item not as described case within 30 days of receiving this item?
If this is for the negative feedback you left for the $13 jeans, have you opened an item not as described case to get a refund? Are you within thirty days of delivery for the MBG? Whats' stupid' is coming in here and not explaining what actually happened.

Was it an accident, or was the Squirrel suffering from severe depression and this was his way out?
