Ebay is a joke
Everyone be forewarned Ebay is a joke if you are a seller. They will force a seller to accept a return on an item even when the seller states that the item cannot be returned. I sold an item that I had listed as “Returns Not Accepted”. I had posted several pictures of the item and described the item in detail in my post. I had several people inquire about the item and I answered all the questions asked. I sold the item and I paid for the item to be shipped to the buyer. I start getting e-mails from the buyer stating that I lied and the item was a fake. After several e-mails back and forth to the buyer who continued to defame me I told them that I was normally a reasonable person but defaming me and calling a liar I would not be accepting a return of the item since I clearly described the item and had clear pictures from every angle posted for the buyer to see. Ebay steps in and forces me to accept a return of the item with no communication with me to hear my side of the story. They then hide behind e-mails when I try and contact them to object and will not have a supervisor, or anyone, call me. Now I am forced not only have to accept this return I will not be reimbursed the shipping it cost me to ship the item.
This is the last time I will buy or sell anything on Ebay. WHAT A JOKE.

·3 years agoThink it's silly they send you emails saying, " Return approved". Had these excuses; Wrong item, changed mind, found cheaper item ( after already receiving ) and didn't want. What was Ebay's response to return???? APPROVED!! So why send an email when anything goes? Seems pointless.
