eBay did not help me with my refund
eBay didn't help me with my refund because the seller sent a different package with a different tracking number to my location, and what I bought never arrived. I contacted eBay for help, and they closed my case. The seller stopped responding, and I lost my money. It's not a huge amount, but the seller scammed me, and eBay didn't help me. This makes me very angry, especially since eBay is the company that regulates these fraudulent sellers. I hope this doesn't happen to you. I'm including the seller's name.

OP8 months agoUnfortunately, it was a foreign seller. They claimed they sent the package to my address and sent me photos of the delivery, but when I checked the photos, the tracking number wasn't the same as in the picture and it was in someone else's name. I filed a claim and asked eBay for a refund because the seller stopped responding, and eBay only told me they couldn't issue a refund. The seller had already charged my card for the product; it wasn't a large amount, but it's a scam, and I don't think eBay should be complicit in this kind of thing.

Tell us this, very important: Did you open a Item Not Received case or did you open a Return case?
