eBay Customer Service lies again!!
So I recently sold an item but without warning or prior notice, when the item sold the funds for the item where placed on hold for a month!
I contacted cust services and was told that they apologise and will release the funds after a week of buyer confirming delivery, as normal.
however i was lied to, again, by
poorly
trained staff saying anything to get you off the phone!
so no a lady is unhappy that her knew phone is bloacked and the sale is been cancelled.
This is the last time i use ebay for selling core items, only my faulty and returns will be sold here from now on.

·2 years agoSo, as a new seller, you were not aware that eBay holds funds for new sellers up to 30 days?
And you cancelled the transaction? What reason did you use?
