eBay buyer is asking for a return.

Hello, I donâ€™t know what to do in the situation and Iâ€™m coming to the Ebay community to ask for help.

I had an eBay buyer recently reach out to me telling me that their order was not right, and there was missing items in the order. To let you know before I shipped out the item I told the buyer that there were items missing with the readers. I told him they were missing the manual and the screws. Now he is asking for a return request, and once a refund after I already refunded him partially. And wants to keep the brand new ones for himself. I already gave him an extremely good deal that was 75% off of retail on each one. What should I do here?

Approve the return.

DO NOT refund anything until you get the item back.

once the item is returned refund the balance, without the partial already refunded.
