I bought an "Adjustable In-Sink Dish Drainer Rack Expandable 304 Stainless Steel Drying Rack” which broke after a couple of months after gentle use.
Seller won’t back their sale and won’t acknowledge my messages.
BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE.

·1 month agoAny expectation of long term replacement of a non-branded commodity product without a manufacturer's warranty is overly optimistic, especially online.
You would be unlikely to find any retailer who would take this back.

·1 month agoEbay gives you the buyer 30 days and that's it. Seller did back the sale for the 30 days given to you and they aren't required to message you back.

·1 month agoeBay's Money Back Guarantee covers the buyer for 30 days after delivery.
That means you'll probably need to do a chargeback on your credit card. Most give more time than that.
