Does seller deduction tool forgo refund from promoted listing?
The seller deduction tool allows you to deduct up to 50% from a returned item due to loss in value. However, when you use this you forgo getting a final value fee credit.
I assume when using promoted listings a normal refund would also refund the promoted listing fee (ie if you have it at 10%)
Question is, if a buyer returns an item and you use the deduction tool, do you also forgo the promoted fee? Or do you get refunded?
Ie if you refunded 50% would you lose the fee, or get half the fee back ?
