Did you eliminate item from your inventory that were returned several times?
I have a problem with some items. Although they were tested fully (video backup), buyers return them for not as described. Do you stop selling that item at all when you have a issue like that? I am loosing a lot of money on that- item are heavy . Although it is not about the same item being returned over and over but it is one of similar listed. I think that Ebay blocks seller from selling such item if there was a retrun of it several times?

·3 years agoYou should check the description to find out what is confusing. If many buyers are confused about the same part of the description then you should make it more clear. If you are still having a problem then you should eliminate it from your inventory.

·3 years agoI either give them for free to a gal who has a booth at the flea or recycle. Can't have products that will push the service metrics limits.

·3 years agoTotally up to you but if I was selling something people keeps wanting to return, I would stop selling it. You do know every return lowers your Ebay standing.

OP3 years agoYou know I think thay my free return policy encourages more returns. On the other hand I mostly have false returns than true.
Now I think maybe I should pull some merchendize.
how do i keep selling item reducing chance of borrowing it to test? Tool rentals ain’t free.

·3 years agoAnd yes, some items seem to have curse on them, but eventually they DO sell and STAY sold.

·3 years agoIt doesn't apply to my Ebay business but in my old brick & mortar store we often discontinued problematic items. Sometimes we would just toss then and other times we would sell themred tagged "as is" at cost or even below cost. Buying mistakes happen.
