I have a problem with a product that I bought a few weeks ago, which came out defective, the return can be made, the problem is that I am not in the country where I bought it, my question is is there any form of return or sadly I lost my money?

·1 month agoYou should still be able to return a long as you are within the MBG period, although you may have to pay for the return postage since you are now in another country, or pay to get it back to the country it was originally shipped from, then return from there.

·1 month agoDepends on whether the seller exported directly to you, used Ebay International Shipping or you used a freight forwarder.
The best and easiest to deal with situation is Ebay International Shipping, you open a claim within the Ebay MBG period and Ebay handles the return.
