el vendedor no entrego el producto asi que debe hacer el rembolso pero la tarjeta con la que compre ne toco cancelarla y ahora no hay forma de comunicarme con ebay para que me ayude que el rembolso sea de otra forma en credito o algo asi

You'll need to contact your bank and them how to receive your refund.
If the card is closed, but the account is still open, the funds will go to the account.

OP5 months agoya me puse en contacto con el banco y no hay ningun saldo a favor a mi cuenta envie el comprobante

It could take a few weeks or more for the refund to show up.

Neither the seller nor eBay can send a refund to a different payment method than you provided when you made the purchase. Try contacting your bank, they may have the refund and need to provide it to you by check or something similar.
