defective beard trimmer

I am trying to return a defective trimmer that I bought was new. It was not new there were hairs in the package. I charged it up and it would not work so I am trying to return it... i keep getting the run around. I spent $67.00 and I can not return it I will never use E Bay again. Buyers beware. they said it was new and it was not. there wre hairs in the package.

You have 30 days to return a defective item. Click not as described and return the trimmer for a refund. Yes buyer beware but also buyer know you that Ebay has a return policy to protect you.

Eeeew gross. Click return this item and choose not as described. Or does not match description. Or what ever it's worded as now. GROSS send it back!

If the purchase is within the 30 day eBay MBG period, you will not have any issues with getting a refund. As others have suggested, open a return and select item not as described. The seller will be obligated to send you a return shipping label and once they receive the item back, you will get all of your money back (may take a few days after). Just make sure you select the proper return option and maybe read the eBay MBG to know exactly what to expect.

Unfortunately, many sellers on this platform sell used or items that were purchased from return pallets as Brand New. You will be covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee (MBG) if you understand how it works properly.
