"Deduction" option has gone on refund page for returns with buyer's remorse reasons

Hello,This issue has been bothering me since last month. I often receive return request with reason of "ordered by mistake", which falls under the category of buyer's remorse. Normally, there is an option [Deduction (edit)] under between Purchase Price and Original Shipping on the refund page for me to deducting the return shipping label fee or restocking fee.
