Customer Service
I have been trying to add a photo to a return as requested but when I do the photo appears but blocks access to the return page.
E-Bays customer service phone is probably AI and does not recognize the problem and won't connect me to a live agent. Keeps telling me it is outside normal business hours no matter when I call. Does not offer a solution or connect me to an agent for an open case.
Is E-Bay still in business?
