Customer Refunds
Been trying to send a customer refund not a return
Looked in the help menu and followed the steps but cannot locate the drop down that marked refund
Not sure what I'm doing wrong

Go to your "Managed paid and shipped screen."
Find the item for which you wish to send a refund.
Near the "View order details" oval, there is a circle with three dots inside -- click on that, and scroll down to "Send refund."
Follow all the instructions, including the final confirmation notice.
