Contacting Ebay $ 616.31 .
I returned two dresses .I barely received $250 back. Seller refused to answer any of my question. Ebay has a recording who cannot help. How do I fight this. I need my money back.

·3 years agoIf you look at your refund page, you will see a button to "Ask eBay to step in"
-- to appeal for the remainder of your refund, including all your original shipping.
But if that attempt is denied, continue with PayPal and then with your card issuer, however you paid.
First with PayPal, file another return request here for the missing amount of your refund, and provide your return tracking number showing already delivered back. Don't reply if the seller @domijuste0 finally contacts you now, and just wait 10 days for your automatic refund.
Or if that also fails, file a CREDIT NOT PROCESSED chargeback with your card issuer, and provide your return tracking number to get the rest of your refund.

·3 years agoYou say you paid $ 616.31 for 2 dresses and barely received $250. That's strange since sellers can't refund less than 50% through a return case. If the seller refunded you 50% you should have received $308.16.
There something missing in your story.
How do you return the dresses?
Did you open a return case?
Did the seller issue you a return label or did you ship it back on your own?
Or was this just discussed through messages?
Many unanswered questions.

If you have maybe come back and tell exactly what happened?
Just bullet points on what happened and what actions you took.
I am assuming you spent $600+ on 2 dresses, filed a return request, returned the exact items unused and in same condition, then received $250 back?

·3 years agoThis platform offers a money back guarantee, but you need to follow the policies to qualify for that coverage. You've provided absolutely nothing to go on here, so the presumption is that these were remorse type returns. If you want to come back and provide more information you will receive better advice....
