Confirm return button remains light grey.

Despite going through the process of:

* Selecting defective iotem for reason of return

* Giving abrief explanation of the defects

* Uploading up to ten photos as requested

The "Confirm return" button remains light grey. As a result I'm stuck with the defective item so far. Can anyone advise?

In yourbrief explonation of thedefects

use multiple lines, not one long line @bodhran12

like these 3 lines, and the "Confirm return" button will activate.
