·3 years agoFortunately it seems @soh.maryl another solution (just type "Hello") was found, and not a problem. We should probably suggest that they read the eBay Money Back Guarantee for buyers though, just in case.

·3 years agoNo help. I had to do a chat session with a rep to initiate the return. Thanks anyway. This has apparently been a problem for a while. Don't understand why ebay doesn't fix it.
