I closed a return request in error as the sellers details were wrong. How do I reopen it?
What details were wrong that prompted you to close it? If it was a different return address than where it shipped from, that’s allowed and many sellers do use a different address for returns.
What was the reason you were returning it? Depending on the problem, you may have another approach even though you cannot reopen or open a new return request on eBay.

Should never close a return request for any reason other than no longer wanting to return.
