·2 years agoIf you want to continue shopping for Christmas decorations on eBay, it would be a good idea for you to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers. It works pretty well, but the buyer has to read it, understand it and use it in a timely manner.

·2 years agoeBay's Money Back Guarantee is really pretty good and is explained on every listing. When you receive an item that's not as described, you have 30 days to open an item not as described with eBay. After you open the case, you wait 3 days for some response from the seller. No response? Then you return to the case and ask eBay to step in.
The seller will be required to send you a prepaid return label and to refund in full upon receipt of the returned item.
