How can I defend myself? Fake I sent back to the seller according to the date from Ebay, the seller I sent a scan of postage. But the seller filed a motion to terminate even though he saw that it was already in China and eBay did not recognize the claim, even though he knew it was another scam. I have no money or fake product and I still paid the postage to China ..

1. Since your case has been terminated at eBay

2. and since both eBay and PayPal need return tracking showing "Delivered" back to the seller @kratkrober-0

3. your only option now is to file a chargeback with your card issuer, provide your messages with the seller and your return tracking number, to get your refund.
