Caution "ebay refurbished " is trouble
I bought an ebay refurbished MacBook Air (with a year warranty) in April which after 3 weeks (and time to contact seller ended ) broke down .
My process to get reimbursed started 5/27 and as of 6/27 is not resolved. it has involved around 20 emails. sending screen shots photos receipts. mailing the computer to their shop twice and when still acting up a drive to the Apple Store to get a repair estimate. I have spent about 20 hours. on it made 10 phone calls to Square trade with the usual phone tree selections and waits.
I recommend only buy when the seller will take returns.

Doesnt matter if sellers take returns or not.
Your issue is now with Square Trade since you bought a warranty through them.
