·1 month agoAs someone else mentioned, a purchase at the end of May CANNOT have an estimated delivery date of late July-early August, even if it's a presale. Have you ever read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers? It's too late to use it in this case, so you'll need to do a chargeback on your credit card. And then please read the MBG.

I don't know whether you checked the seller's feedback before buying from him but in looking at the completed listings and the feedback he's received, it's clear that he dropships from Amazon. (It also appears that ebay may have restricted him from selling!)

I think you waited too long to get any protection from ebay.
I recommend you go to your payment source and file a claim.

·1 month agoA purchase in may cannot have an arrival date that far out..not even for pre-sale. Who gave that estimated delivery date? Not sure of your actual dates, but just June/July eats up 60 days
eBay will protect you, but you need to operate within the estimated delivery dates provided by eBay & the MBG. Your payment source is now your best source of protection
