·5 months agoYou need to file a return case. Then select your reason for return. You will then be getting a label. Return the part and then seller will issue a refund. If the seller doesn't issue a refund upon return then go back to the case and have Ebay step in after 4 days. Now as others stated you have a 30 day moneyback guarantee. When was this part purchased?
