Can’t Report. Seller Violating Policy Because Help and Contact is Inoperative

Seems like ebay does everything in its power to prevent reporting an issue. Routes you through endless pages, then when you finally get to a page where you can report, you get told the system is not working and please try again later. A seller is shipping fragrances without Hazmat labels, so you can’t return them through USPS without paying for a hazmat label yourself and it’s on the buyer to resolve that with the seller? And if the seller won’t resolve it you can’t report it because the reporting system is down.

So buyers just get screwed, the seller keeps violating ebay policies, and ebay insures you can’t even report the problem. It’s like doing business with Albanian mobsters. I am so done with this company.
